I am looking to get the shop on-line, most likely later tonight, although I am
not sure that I know what we are looking to sell straight away from the various
discussions that have gone on.
The updated (but offline) page currently has the new t-shirts at £10 and the
old t-shirts at £5 ....... all + £3 p&p.
All t-shirts will appear in the shop page.... old and new.
Any alterations to this? Say now!
Also, can I have a definitive list of t-shirt outlets please.

That sounds good to me, but as I say, lets wait a week before we have a fire
sale… gets some new sales under the belt, agree with Sarah, the Shop admin for
sliding scales of discount is difficult to manage in a simple shop like ours,
so it’s a good idea, but we’ll go with the fiver for old Tee’s after we get the
new ones started…

we really need to shift them so we think £5 now is the way to go.

We now have the new t-shirts and will be distributing them to the 4 outlets
tomorrow.
We have the following sizes Men's XXL, XL, L, M and S. Ladies XL, L, M, and S.
With this in mind the online shop needs updating as this years t-shirts are
£10 we cannot expect the older ones to sell at prices in excess of this price.
I would suggest that we lower them to half original price in order to shift as
many as possible, as we still have some of each size left.
