What is Jim doing about his helper? If he has to pay someone out of his
‘profits’ there is not much we can do about it unless we come up with someone
who isn’t already doing something.
I am needing anyone who can look after buckets at the door and rattle them
furiously at the punters. We are only asking for £3 minimum and people often
give much more than that.
Simon, are you able to do security upstairs again. Its a really vital job
because there is a lot of gear up there and also lots of The Carlisle’s booze.
I have arranged FREE car parking at Hastings Station again.... LET ME HAVE YOUR
CAR REGISTRATIONS BY CLOSE OF PLAY WEDNESDAY if you need to park your car there.
Rick is doing the compering.
Tony and Phil The Bus are hopefully doing general organising help when they
aren’t doing radio shows.
Steve and Tina, presume you will want the merchandise table again.

. Re music fest ... i will arrive about 11 am to sort the studio audio feed to
the pa , i have spoken to Joe who's doing the pa about this . Then brief each
dj on air when they are on . can someone do this for me when I'm air on please
. (12 noon till 3 )
oh i think the banner is at the studio , i can bring that too . unless we need
it before that . ?
re EOBP... we have had classic rock top 100 playing out for last 3 years, i
think , so how about most requested using stats from robo jock and the request
show , maybe mix in a few from the top 100 as well .
No bbq as Jim always does it there and he's got enough to do this Sundays .
Having said that if he has food left over he might do one ? i will have a word.
There is no parking at club, only for members . but there is free parking near
by after 6 p.m..
i have told the club 7.30 - 8pm start but suggest we get there at 6.30 pm . to
set up , there's a members happy our from 6pm to 7 .
i have spoken to Tony B about video and audio feeds . BUT WE NEED A PA . if all
else fails i have done disco's there with powerful domestic stuff which sounds
very good if i say so myself , but a PA system would be better .

So,
Week three is upon us, Festival coming up at the end of the week,
looking forward to that, hoping to be there from about 16:00 onwards
for the duration. Ads for this are scheduled at regular intervals,
maybe we all need to plug it on whatever shows you are doing..
Probably now also need to think about the EOBP so its not a huge
surprise next week..?
Summary: Angling Club, from 19:00 ? (BBQ etc?)
Things to do:
Create Eobp Advert (Tony to create, Ralph to Voice)
Whats going at the club on the night? (Nick - Screens, Video feeds
etc?) Does anyone have any other Ideas?
Merch Stall (Tina and Steve) What signs do you need?
Access and Parking? (Access, last year we thought about the Club, but
there was an issue with numbers, and perhaps having to sign people in?
does this still Apply ? (Nick, one for you)
Probably a whole load of things I havent listed here, but perhaps we
think about them now..... next week will be too late.... especially
when it comes to getting any Tech thing done for it...
Feel free to mention anything else about where we are at present... but
lets not go off-topic, need this to be focused on this week and EOBP
