I think ETCF can bring two tents... I need to check with Tim Gangaware in our
offices first. They are UTK orange and have UTK on them, but are otherwise nice
tents.
And one or two of us plan to arrive about 9-9:15 to help with setup. We will
bring the masks and thermometer.

Good afternoon folks,
I'm looking for two additional tents, besides our KEVA tent for this Saturday's
Drive Electric Earth Day event.. Let me know if someone has one.
The weather may not be agreeable, at least part of the day, so wear appropriate
clothes. We will be providing bottled water for the volunteers, but you might
want to bring a lunch, as Ijam's does not sell food. We will be bringing the
new KEVA shirts that KEVA members have bought, so you can change into them AND
pay me ($15 even, cash please). We have a number of extra shirts available for
purchase, in either large or XL.
Also, you may want to bring a bag chair, as a backup.
IF YOUR EV WILL BE 'SHOWN ON THE PLAZA' FOR THIS EVENT, PLEASE BE THERE AT
9:00AM, other volunteers can come at 9:30. Unless you're an early bird.
