Hey Eric!  You may not recognize my name, but I came to Susan and Jack’s house
for the Christmas party and had a Honda Clarity PHEV. I am not a KEVA member,
but am on the email list.

When Virginia pointed out that it was all men who volunteered, I couldn’t leave
it that way.

I will be able to come on Sept 10 from 4-5pm, if that time slot is still
available. And I may need to know which road is the best to enter to get “under
the Sunsphere” for the taping.

KEVA and East Tennessee Clean Fuels/ Drive Electric Tennessee are teaming up to
produce some short video clips about EVs for National Drive Electric Week as
well as our ongoing video library we plan on having for our new website.  I am
asking for volunteers to come out and allow us to shoot about 5 short video
clips with you and your EV telling us something about your EV. You can tell us
the little known tips and tricks you might have figured out.  Other clips might
be how to turn on the AC in a Tesla Model 3, short, sweet, little information
nuggets. Don't worry, we will come up with some questions if you can't think of
anything to share.

I would like to get as many different models of EV as possible!
These recordings will be staggered time wise, we will only be shooting one EV
at a time so social distancing measures are in place.

Date: Thursday September 10th (rain date 17th, if a complete downpour)
Location: World's Fair Park under the Sunsphere
Time:  You let me know, I am scheduling each person.

The plan is that I have you arrive at your scheduled time under the sunsphere.
We take some video of you interacting with your car, we might ask you a few
simple questions on video. Up to like 5 short video clips. And then you're free
to go on your way. Possibly 30 minutes to an hour is all it should take.  If
Thursday doesn't work for you we can work with you on scheduling, we are just
hoping to get as many people in on Thursday as possible.

Please have your EV presentable for video, but doesn't have to be immaculate by
any means.

If you are interested in helping this video effort please reply to me with your
EV model and what time is good for you on 9/10.
