In order to post Facebook ads for last week’s Ride and Drive, it was
necessary that KEVA have a Facebook business page. So I set one up.
The page is Knoxville EVA. It provides a public presence different from
the Knoxville Electric Vehicle Association FB Group. The closed group
allows discussion and sharing of information among group members, but does
not directly interact with the general public. I believe that the business
page can serve a valuable role in pursuing KEVA’s mission.
However, it shouldn’t sit out there without the consent and advice of
KEVA. So, I pose the question, “Does KEVA want this page?” If not, I will
take it down. If so, we will need a plan to maintain it and to keep it
fresh.
