Another option for you if interested is the UT Conference Center Building.
There are quite a few rooms that can hold 6-36 that are on the 2nd and 3rd
floors, that are free for us to use. And I can request use of the room for you.
You have to pay to park in the Locust Street garage, but I think it is up to a
max of $7/day so it is not that expensive, and you end up with some fairly nice
conference rooms… where you can HEAR each other (that is a problem for me
sometimes at Whole Foods).
Let me know if it’s not too late and if you are interested in using one of
these rooms.
