I have an account on the NDEW site from setting up the Pigeon Forge event the
last three years. I put in the request for the second Knoxville event. Once
the approval comes back I will set up Robert Finn and Patrick as captains and
put the initial information on the event site.
Thanks,
Bob

Robert,
I took a look at the web site. Several questions came up as a result. If you
have completed this previously, you may already know all the answers. Please
put our event on the web site and get us a pin my good man!
Let me know if you need anything.
Regards,
Patrick

Patrick and team,
I’d suggest someone get a dot on the NDEW map on line ASAP. If you all want me
to do so, I will happily add what we know now and get it started, and can add
several of you as “captains” too?!?

Subject: [knoxev] NDEW at Whole Foods Knoxville (16 September 2017, 10 am to 4
pm)
Greetings Friends,
I met with Jesse Beeghley the Marketing and Community Liaison at Whole Foods
Knoxville on the 25th of August.
The results of the meeting:
For this event, we have been given the entire row of parking spaces where the
electric vehicle charging stations are located.
The store will provide a canopy where we can meet people going in and out of
the store and approach them about test driving an electric vehicle.
The test drive route is easy. Going out the parking lot and taking a series of
right turns leads easily back to the store If a longer drive is desired, the
highway is near and easy on and off ramp access provides options of another
sort.
(The previous sentence is some of my best comedy writing ever. I laughed for
10 minutes when I proof read it and thus decided to leave it in this note!)
What we need to do:
Finalize contacts with dealerships to allow electric vehicle test drives with
their stock.
Get with media to establish radio interview time to include Jesse and a member
of our organization to speak to the public about the event.
Advertise the event in the paper for two weekends...
Post on social media the event details with enough frequency to keep the post
on the front page.
Please reply with the actions you intend to take of have completed. Who plans
to bring their own cars?
It is go time folks!!!
