Greetings All,

Jonathan makes a great assertion...

We have a KEVA meeting coming up on the 12th of August which will give us
just shy of 4 weeks to pull off all planning, coordination and appointment
of responsible parties which must occur as soon as possible now.

As I check our list we have two events occurring on the same weekend:

"UT Indiana State Game KEVA event September 9 2017, we need a few EVs to
show at the event, there is evidently a standing invitation.  Something
different car wise is suggested/requested.


National Drive Electric Week, September 9-17, 2017 / Suggested that we hold
an event at Turkey Creek perhaps Thursday 14, Friday 15, and/or Saturday 16
at differing hours to accommodate workers and non-workers who would like to
stay out of TC traffic."

I would like to see perhaps some of our retired members take the lead.
They are greatly experienced and likely have many liaisons.  In addition,
dividing up the responsibilities among a small group of operators will even
out the work load.

At any rate, coordination takes time and work so last minute maneuvering
may be difficult. Will the individuals with a burning desire to make this
an amazing success please make yourselves known prior to Monday, 7 August
2017?

We spoke about interested parties at our last gathering, now is the time to
re-assert your intentions...

I will be willing to assist in any and every manner however; I am not
completely free from my full time employment with the ANG until 18 August,
2017 and teach until noon weekdays even after that.  Is it possible or
effective to make contacts and coordinate on the weekend?

PS – I did speak with Roger Wittman of Twin City Nissan and he said he’s
be glad to bring one of his Nissan Leafs so long as the final date works
for him (and I think he will allow test drives).
