[knoxev] VW ID.4. vs Tesla M3 crash avoidance

The European New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) has rated the ID.4 as better 
than the M3 at crash avoidance. However, this video shows who is actually 
clearly better. 

Makes you wonder if the folks who conduct the NCAP are trying to unfairly 
assist a legacy European car manufacturer.
