[mac4theblind] Adjusting volume separately for each application

Hi All,
Probably this matter has already been discussed for so many times, but I’m new
to Mac and need a bit of help. So,the question is, how can I adjust volume
separately in each application? For instance: I would like to have Flash player
or a radion app to be at 20%, that way I could hear voiceOver better. I do know
that it is possible to control the volume through BBC web site, but there other
applications like Tuner radio, that don’t have a slider to regulate it.
Any help would be appriciated
