    No, there is no official word on VoiceOver and the watch.  However, from 
that article and from other sources, it appears it does exist.  However, of 
course, this is not to say at all that there will be VoiceOver guaranteed on 
the device.  I presented the article as being something interesting to ponder 
on the topic.
