Hello Frank, I have this same  thing after I updated software to my MacBook Pro 
yesterday. Yes I noticed there is notification pop up that says action 
available when I move to another app on desktop. I tried to stop it by Shawn’s 
steps but it is still there. HOw can it turn off? I am using voiceover with 
braille display.
