[mac4theblind] Braille screen input on iphone 5S and/or ipad 4?

Hi,
I want to use Braille screen input to type on my iphone 5S or my ipad 4. How do
I accomplish this?
I have enabled it on both devices but I can't get it to work. Am I missing
something? Has anyone else gotten it to work with either of the devices listed
above?
Thoughts, suggestions, and tips are all greatly appreciated
