[mac4theblind] Deleting mail attachments on iOS

I've got about two or 300 MB of mail attachments and things on my phone. When
going into settings, general, mail, or whatever it is in usage settings, I
can't see a way to delete those things. How do I delete them, as I think those
megabytes could be used for something more productive, such as, books. Any
ideas?************
