It should be a .DMG file. Open the file with VO-spacebar or Command-o. When
it is open, I’d change the Finder view to Columns with command-3 from the
number row.
I’m not sure if there is a .PKG installer file inside or if it’s just the
Firefox application file. If it’s the PKG file, open it and run the installer.
If it’s the Firefox app, you have to copy the file to your applications folder
and then can run it from there.
