[mac4theblind] Error when trying to restore an in-app purchase?

Hi
When I try to restore an in-app purchase, I get the following error.

The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. 
Please try again.
I have tried to enter  it several times. What can I do to fix it? I am 100% 
sure I am entering it correctly.
