[mac4theblind] Extending a Bluetooth signal

When listening to an iTunes Podcast on a 2013 iMac running OS 10.9.5, I use my
Bluetooth headphones. If I go to some areas of my house, I lose the Bluetoot
signal. Is their someway to extend the Bluetooth signal of my 2013 iMac? Thank
