[mac4theblind] Getting error while trying to restore in app purchase

Hi
When I attempt to restore the in app purchase I made with the "clips "app, I 
received the following error:
The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. 
Please try again.


I have tried to do this several times. I have gotten the same message every 
time. I already called Apple wants today. What should I do?
Any suggestions or opinions are greatly appreciated.
