Command-o has always been the most reliable way to open Finder items. For
me, VO-space has been hit or miss over the years in Finder.

OK. I don’t know where I got that. It has worked until now. I wonder if it
was from an ancient VO tutorial. Thanks for the info!

Why not just hit command o or command down arrow to open the file? This is
what I was taught, never vo space, ever, at least to open the file.

Hi All,
I notice that after updating the High Sierra, I can no longer use VO space
to open a file from Finder. I must go to the menu (VO shift-m) ) and select
Open. I am running on a MAC from 2012. Any other issues I should watch
for? Thanks.

BTW I made the upgrade and it did nothing to correct the inaccessibility
issues with my bank website, as I predicted. So far crickets from the IT
guys. I will give them a week or so. Now to tackle the issues with
Fidelity and TD Ameritrade. This is exhausting. ************
