What do you mean you don’t have time to learn lay text, you could learn it and still have a month to spare but of course, you’d have to stop sleeping, eating and just about every thing else. LoL! Seriously though, it sounds like fun. Pages can do it but you might want to get in tight with apple I mean snuggle up with apple accessibility on this. Maybe when you are done, a good user guide for pages can come out of it. A couple of things you already know, There are some good editors out there that are free you may want to give a spin.
