You first have to go into VoiceOver Utility under VoiceOver. Recognition,
and check the box for image descriptions. In addition, there is a keyboard
command, VO-shift-l, that is supposed to read the image description if it’s
present.

Hey Guys.
Does anyone know how to have VoiceOver describe images on Mac?
Like is there a shortcut to make this happen?
If somebody could please let me know as soon as possible, that would be
greatly appreciated as I need to find some images to collate for a project
and I want to be able to do this independently.
Kind Regard
