Thanks, David. Starting from scratch....Got an Apple care guy. We totally undid everything on the apple and are reinstalling from scratch. This might even put in the new updates. Anyway, after that--5 hours in total--I will call back with our case number and someone will get us through the integration again. We may have found part of the problem in that 2 different Apple people told us to set up 2 different owners. So we will set with one name, one owner and then do the XP/Apple integration.
