[mac4theblind] Ios8.2

Ios 8 (first iteration) rendered my iPhone 4s virtually useless. (voiceover
wouldn’t work.)
Had to renew my contract in order to get a 5S.
Luckily for me, it has ios 7.
Is ios 8.2 safe to use on the 5S, or is it going to render voiceover useless?
