Okay, doesn’t work in the Dock the first time so refocus using command-tab
say, enter the dock again, find the item you wish to adjust and press the
context command again, seems to work <smi;le>.

I am told that doing a control click with a trackpad will work around to
enable you to get to the context menu. I have not tried this yet myself.
