You’ll have to have your DNS provider to add an A record for what ever you 
want, (www, ftp, mail, etc) to the IP you listed.  That happens at the name 
service provider.  Once that’s done you can configure your machine as needed 
and enable the services you wish to provide.


Let me know if that helps.

You probably have a control panel on your site that has all this functionality. 
 Look for adding A records to your domain.
