[mac4theblind] Notification Center

dear list,
I am having some problems accessing the notification Center, I cannot tab, or
interact with it, and when I use the track pad it says "unable to focus
keyboard in window"
Do I have something set wrong and my voice over settings?
Using a MacBook air, and updated OS
