Oh yeah, I'm a Downcast user too both on Mac and IOS.
I'm currently trying out Overcast for IOS but my problem I'm having with it has
to do with synching podcasts.
For me, Overcast seems to synch a podcast correctly, when you start one from
the Web player and go to continue it on your phone. However, if you try
starting one from the phone and go back to the web player, it doesn't seem to
synch up. Basically, no matter what happens you always start at the beginning
again of a podcast when using the web player. Am I correct in this assumption?
This is the only reason why I haven't fully switched to Overcast. I'm the sort
of person who like to have my podcasts synching correctly. I thought having an
Overcast account was meant that you would be able to synch across devices. I.E.
in my case, the Web Player and my iPhone.
