Hi Keith,
You can get a power cord through Amazon I would expect. Do a search for an
AC power chord for the exact model and you should be able to find one. If it’s
a 2011, you will not be able to run the later Operating Systems though.
However, if you are just dabbling in the world of the Mac, it might be worth
the investment just to play around with it.
