Ok this takes 4 fingers on your left hand.
But it is going from the space bar on out the command,, option, contrrol keys
and with the left over finger, hold onto the shift key and with your right hand
you can cycle through with your left and right arrow keys to volume, pitch and
rate and use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the speed.
Its a handful but it got me out of something which I was not going to be too
happy about.
