Hello Kim, I know this doesn't answer your question, but have you tried the "direct to player" app for iOS devices for the CNIB digital library? It is a much simpler way to get the books onto your device. You Will want to enable the "direct to player" option in your CNIB digital library search preferences. Once this is done, you only have to sign a book out in this format, and it will appear in your library on your device. Blessings, ET.
