I still need some help here or at least more clearification as to where I can
get this to work,its frustrating.
I’m confused when it tells me to open the folder where the file is or was
backed up to,so that might be some of my issues here.
Does it want me to open a folder within my home group? or does it want me to
look for a folder from the sidebar of backups?
I went that route or tried to this morning through the backup volume and found
how to get furthur back in the date by interacting with it and allowing finder
to catch up lol
But here is where I came uncertain as to what to do, I had opened the backup
volume first, then interacted with sidebar and found like the download folder,
then I opened TM,did the vo/f2,f2 twice and chose the tm controls,or maybe i
said that backwards cause I got to the date thingy and the previous button and
interacted with it and went all the way back to my last or oldest backup which
is March 2018,but all I needed to look is in November 2019,however I wasn’t
sure what to do from that point in time after locating the date/year say then I
seem to be lost cause I didn’t find any folder of the items I needed to restore
or copy.
I must have messed up somewhere and I was getting nervous being in backup in
first place so I closed it all out, which is why I am writing and asking for
help please!
I am still using Mojave.
thanks for any help,
Trish************
