I haven’t come across anything stating shortcuts on my MBP,but I know in VO
there is something called Activities maybe it does same thing.

The way that I do it is, I press vo-shift-m, then either choose move or copy.
IOn the move is submenu,and since now I know the first letter of the mailbox
I want, I just press it and the messages go straight to that mailbox and it
works same for copying except it leaves also message in your inbox.
