Actually mine updated to 25.1 with out me doing anything. I didn't even know
there was an update. I'm thinking this was release d with my gm last week.

T-Mobile just released carrier update 25.1. To update select settings,
general, about and you should be prompted to update. Select the update / ok
and wait approximately 2 minutes. Your cell connection will restart.
