[mac4theblind] Trying To Understand The New Audio HighJack

Hello everyone,
Well as the subject line says I am trying to grasp an understanding of how to
use the new Audio HighJack. I think that once I learn how to successfully use
it and learn how to create my own sessions that I will find that it is a very
nice application but right now I am getting a little frustrated with it.
Here is what I would like to do.
I want to set up a session that will capture my voice, VoiceOver audio, and if
possible be able to send everything over Skype so that people on a Skype group
call can hear what I am doing on my Mac. That last part may not even be doable
with Audio HighJack and if so then that is fine, I have another method to get
my Mac audio onto the call.
Is there anyone on the list who knows how a session like this would be set up?
If so, would you be so kind as to fill me in on how to do this?
