[mac4theblind] Updates to iOS and Mac OS X

To summarize things, iOS 8.1.3 was released for the iDevices and Mac
OS X 10.10.2 for the Mac is also available. While the Mac OS update has some
VoiceOver improvements that have really optimized its use now, there are no iOS
mentioned VO fixes.
