I used homebrew to install it. Look for the pandoc manual via google though as
that man page is hard to read at least for me otherwise. You might also have to
install mactext to convert to pdf as well. I'm still learning aboutthe flags
and stuff for conversion but it works well.

Where do you get this app from?

I wouldn't trust this. Pages are a bundle so I dunno how a program could do
this. I tested with pandoc and it does 1 at a time. Pasting in the file name
would not be a hard thing though. So
cd ~/desktop && pandoc -s -o test.pages test.docx
hope that helps a bit.

You can open Word documents in Pages. I think he is looking for an app
that will batch convert several Word documents into Pages format at once.

I’m surprised there aren’t any out there. I wonder if you can do that
with Apple Scripts or an automator work flow.

So, I have searched the App Store, googled, and came up with nothing.
All the apps that come up want to do pages to word, and pdf to word. So
is there an app that does word to pages, or am I reaching here?
Thanks.************
