Hello all, I have just now deleted my two printers that I had in System
Preferences. Reasons being that I don't need or require a printer at this time.
However, before doing this, upon opening up System Preferences, going to the
printers and scanners button and opening this and selecting a printer in my
case presented me with an error. I unfortunately, can't remember what it said
but basically the only option was an ok button. Selecting this then quitted the
scanners and printers pain and brought me back to the list of categories and no
matter what I did to try and explore my two printer options always ended up
with this error and kicking me back to System Preferences again. So what did I
do from here?

Well here's the tip that I wanted to share with you. The secret is to turn off
your curser tracking with VO shift F3. Now I know one could just change the
printer probably in the programme of choice after hitting the CMD P command for
print and going through the printing options. However, if you have more than
one printer installed on your system and are running Mavericks then by turning
off curser tracking and arrowing down in the list of printers in the scanners
and printer pain and VO right, then the bug is fixed! Just remember to turn
your curser tracking back on again once your done with the scanners and printer
settings.

I just wanted to throw this out there just for me experiencing the bug and
suggesting my work around in case anyone would need to look or change anything
with there printer settings in Mavericks.

I hope this may help someone and if not, well I still feel better for figuring
out a solution for a bug that kept bringing up an error message when trying to
view the other printer I had apparently installed.************
