For some users, please bare the following information in mind. if pressing the
power button and your mac goes into sleep mode.
ERROR: (this isn’t a visible error / message. more an actual config error)
Audio muted, Voiceover crashes
this is due to a power management config error within OS X and it takes an
unmute or vlume up key command and a few Command F5 strokes to get voiceover
back.
if this happens to you, please inform apple via bug reporting.
