[mac4theblind] an update on my fgacetime issues

I've been given a contact number for my case, from an iPhone senior adviser,
because now iPhone cellular calls and text message forwarding options have
disappeared from my mac and iPhone's settings screens. I'll let them know
this as well when they call, and they weren't able to fix my mac's issue,
even after resetting the SMC and the Pram! And disk permissions aren't an
issue.
