I've actually asked for this and have not seen it. I did a thorough check and
so far have not found it.
I've got another place or two to look, one is the vo help.

table contains a list of commands which you can change and/or add to. What I
want to know is: Is there any way to copy this list to a file or is there
another place where these are listed; I'm assuming they are a bit different for
different displays. It isn't possible to select them and copy and paste, or at
least I haven't been able to do that. I want a list I can refer to and I don't
want to have to copy them out manually.
