[mac4theblind] copying text with multiple fields

Hello,
I am attempting to use a template for business cards in pages on my mac. I need
to know how to copy 2 fields of text at once.
This is because all cards contain 2 text fields.
How can this be accomplished?
I am using osx 10.9.5 with the latest version of Pages.
