you can use the, Open Recents, option from the file menu to see recently
created documents you have added.

i'm just working this out myself having installed Microsoft word last week.
first off I had to open word from the doc and then I had to enter my email
and password registration with Microsoft before I could start to create a new
document. command N Open is a new document. at the moment I am going to the
menu vo M and from there doing VO and right arrow until I come to the various
menus such as file edit view insert tools for Matt and Windows perhaps the
order is slightly incorrect. i'm just writing a lot of text in the document
and making mistakes so that I have the option to do spellcheck. i'm really
just playing around with it at the moment to see what I can do with the
various keyboard commands I know from Windows. I haven't worked everything
out yet. I want to change the font type but I haven't worked that out. Font
size is fine for me at 12. as someone else said on the group make a few
different words documents, I just called them test one, test two and so on.
these are saved in documents. i'm not sure myself how I would navigate to
documents so what I have done at the moment is used spotlight to bring them
up. perhaps it's with all my years of working on Windows but I certainly find
it much more intuitive than using Pages. like you if others on the list to
have any more keyboard command shortcuts I would be very interested in any
help given.

As I understood it there’s help within the Voice Dream Reader Application.

There probably is a tutorial out there. It’s not a difficult app to
use once you explore it and get a grasp of how it works. You might
want to check with www.applevis.com <http://www.applevis.com/> Or do a
general search for instructions for using Voice Dream Reader.

I have kind of a dumb question.
I own the Voice Dream reader and scanner. I only use the scanner. Is
there easy to follow documentation somewhere for using the reader? Or, am
I expected to poke around and figure it out for myself?

The whole Voice Dream suite are amazing iOS apps. I use them and teach
them to clients. The developer has always been very responsive to the
blind community and has continued to support and improve the apps since
they were released.

I follow dream on Twitter. Other list members would know of the excellent
Voice Dream Reader App for IOS/Android along with the Scanner App, Writer
App etc.
Seems the developer is slowly but surely working towards having a Mac OS
version released too long.
So what do we know about this version of Voice Dream Reader? We know that
the Mac version will sync with the IOS version if you’re using it.
Voice Dream Reader is one of my favourite IOS Apps and certainly one of
the most versatile I can think of for reading all sorts of material so
I’m sure the Mac version won’t disappoint me either.
I use the android version too.
