Hi Andy,
You can use a couple of editors which work with dropbox. If you want, pages is
not too bad as an editor. There is also notsy (think I spelled that wrong) and
accessNote provided by American Foundation For The Blind. The only one that can
produce word equivalent documents is pages but all the other can give you text
you could copy and paste to word. Hope that helps.
