[mac4theblind] finding gmail settings

Hi all.
Can somebody tell me the current way to get into gmail settings to change what
will be downloaded if I do some pop retrieving? I used to know how to do this
but I can't find it anywhere on the site now. Gmail's help tells you to click
the gear in the top right-hand corner or something like that; not very helpful!
I want to download some email but not everything I have up there and I don't
want to delete it in the process. I know how to do that insofar as the program
I am using to fetch but I need to get into gmail settings on the website.
