Hi Scott, unfortunatly, it didn't. However, your post did successfully manage
to make me to add the previous version V7.2 to the library but this is where I
hit my next problem.
1st though I would like to explain what I did to get this far for the benefit
of others and then I will explain the next problem which is happening on the
iPhone itself.

1. Deleted both apps from my iTunes library on my Mac and off of my iPhone.
2. Went to my apps in the sources list and interacted with the apps list for
the next step.
3. Here is how I got the previous version into my apps list. Went to the file
menu and arrowed down to add to library. The normal dialog box comes up next
where I located the previous version in my case, I have created a folder in my
downloads section of my home directory where all my previous apps are. So found
V7.2 of Fleksy and VO right to the open button to add it to the apps. I
verified this by locating the app in the list and using the get info command to
see the version was correct and yes it was.
4. Connected my iPhone 5 and the ap re-syncked.

Now for the problem on the device itself.
Found the app and proceeded to open it. Once I did, I was greeted with the
following. Alert! Fleksy update there are new features on the app store. Update
now. This is followed by an ok button.

So so far, I have been unable to use the previous version therefore having no
choice to update to the latest version. I don't have much of a problem with the
latest version but I was wondering have anyone found anyway of by passing these
update boxes in case one really needs to downgrade an app.
