Hello, I also have Time Warner cable and I got one of these messages like what
you're describing below just the other day. However, I was able to cancel it
and reboot my phone twice and everything was all good. So let's try this and
see if it works.

Suddenly, on Friday evening, my phone started telling me that the email
server is no longer trusted. The only option it gave was to cancel. There
were no instructions or options as to what to do about the situation. My
internet provider is Time Warner and I know they’ve become, or are in the
process of becoming, Spectrum. I don’t know if this has anything to do with
the problem or not. Email still goes out just fine from my Mac. I can’t find
anything in settings for mail to change or verify. Any ideas what I can do?
