There is verbal feedback on Mac models after 2013. Anything prior to that, a
series of beeps acts as your guide to enter your user name and password. It's
actually very easy.

you hear, User Name, simply type your short name, and hit enter. It will ask
for your password, and type that and hit enter again. You will then be

interact with it using VO plus the down arrow it will let you select your
username. Once you select it you should then be able to put in your
