I am not a programmer and I don't know who we have on the list who might
be one. However, there are a few blind programmers out there who do so on the
Mac. However, I don't know the latest status of Interface Builder and X Code.
You might want to also subscribe to the Mac Visionaries list and the Mac
VoiceOver list to ask this question.
