[mac4theblind] safari acting out!

There appears to be more wrong with my installation of safari. This is
something I've just noticed in addition to my not finding expected explanatory
text when using the VO help feature.
I used to have no trouble moving by headings on a web page when I set the
router to do so. Now that feature appears to be broken. I can set the router to
move by headings but when I swipe up or down or try to arrow up and down,
nothing happens. I can move along the file using the VO-right and left arrows
and locate headings on the page but I can't move by headings any more. Can I
replace my current safari by downloading and reinstalling a clean copy? Thanks
