[mac4theblind] streaming IOS audio between apps

here's a question. Dunno if this can be done or not, but, if I wanted to
stream audio from one app to another, such as a radio station's audio from
like Iheart radio, to like an audio recording app such ad TWRecorder, could
I do this, and not have it sound like it's coming from an iOS microphone?
Like it'd be just as if I were listening to it on headphones, stereo an all?
